* Payment

Reservations are confirmed when the customer has paid the advance payment (approximately 25% cottage rental price) or the total payment by the due date shown in the invoice.

The remainder of the rent must be made no later than five (5) weeks before the beginning of the reservation. If the customer does not make the payments by the due date, the reservation will automatically be cancelled and the cottage offered to other customers. The advance payment will not refunded.

* Cancellation

Cancellations must always be made in writing to cottage owners. Cancellation takes effect when the information arrives to cottage owners.

The advance payment paid before the cancellation will not be returned to the client. If the reservation is cancelled less than 14 days before the beginning of reservation, the total rental payment will be charged.

* Illness

If the cancellation is due to sudden illness, accident or death (medical certificate required), the customer has the right to cancel his part of the accommodation and get a refund without the advance fee. We must be informed about all cancellations immediately.

* Cancellation on the rental period

If the cancellation occurs during a holiday, customer's rental payment will not refunded.

* Owner's side of the cancellation

Cottage owners has the right to cancel the reservation of force majeure circumstances. The full rental payment will refunded.
