The rent includes a cottage with equipment (furnitures, dishes, electricity, firewoods, rowing boat).

Mattresses, blankets, pillows and basic accessories (such as soap and toilet paper) are also included.

The cottage keys can be received from the owner of the cottage in the estimated time of arrival.

The reservation period begins daily at 4 p.m. and ends daily at noon. This means the cottages must be empty by 12 o'clock on the last day of the reservation.

In the weekend reservations cottages are available from 3 p.m. Friday afternoon to Sunday evening at 3 p.m. , unless otherwise agreed separately.

The rent does not include bed linen, towels and cleaning. Bed linens charge is 12 euros per set.

If the final cleaning in the end of the reservation is not carried out, the 80 euros final cleaning fee is charged afterwards.

Cleaning can also be ordered in advance.

Cottages may not be used by more people than the maximum bed seats. Using a tent or a caravan trailer without the owner's permission is prohibited.

Shoes must be left into the main entry hall, interior wooden floors. Cottage rental price is for the families or small groups.

Smoking is not allowed in any of the cottages.

All complaints concerning the equipment or state of the accommodation must be addressed immediately to the owner of the cottages, so the conditions can be improved or compensated if possible.

The customer must also inform owner immediately about any damages caused to the cottage or the interior and pay appropriate compensation. If the client does not inform the owners about the damages caused, the cost of damages will be charged according to real expenses afterwards.
